This Refund Policy applies to services and digital deliverables provided directly by Lucid Ridge Place (“we”, “us”). We do not sell physical goods. Bookings made with third-party operators (e.g., tours, tickets, transport) are governed by their terms and are not covered here.
1) What’s covered
- Custom itinerary planning and consulting (“Services”).
- Digital deliverables such as route maps, schedules, or checklists (“Digital Content”).
2) Cancellations and cooling-off
- For Services not yet started: You may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- For Services already started with your express request: You will receive a pro‑rated refund for unperformed portions; completed work is non‑refundable.
- Digital Content that has been delivered or made available for download is generally non‑refundable once access is provided, unless defective or not as described.
3) Refund eligibility
- Requests must be made by the original purchaser with proof of payment.
- You must contact us before your scheduled service date or within 14 days of purchase (whichever is earlier), unless mandatory consumer law provides longer periods.
- We may request reasonable information to verify identity and assess the request.
4) How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with subject “Refund Request”.
- Include your name, purchase email, order reference (if any), and reason for the request.
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and provide next steps.
5) Review timelines and payment method
- We aim to review and decide within 7–10 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or provider (typically 5–10 business days after our approval).
6) Exceptions
- Delays or disruptions caused by third parties (airlines, venues, strikes, closures) are not our responsibility and are not refundable by us.
- No-shows or failure to provide required inputs (e.g., preferences, dates) that prevent service delivery are not eligible for a refund of completed work.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or excessive refund requests may be denied.
7) Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, we may suspend ongoing work while we provide documentation to the payment provider. To resolve issues faster, please contact us first—we will work with you to reach a fair outcome.
